InnerKids on TV! Whoo hoo!

A half hour news television program about InnerKids and teaching mindfulness to children will be broadcast this weekend as part of the Profiles in Caring television series funded by Equitable Life Insurance. The program is produced and directed by Doug Jardine and features interviews with co-founders Susan Kaiser Greenland and Seth Greenland, IK teacher Annaka Harris, IK Program Coordinator Jenny Manriquez, classroom teachers Steve Reidman, Dan Murphy and Ellis Enlow, UCLA early childcare director Gay Macdonald, UCLA/MARC researchers Dan Siegel and Lisa Flook, InsightLA founder Trudy Goodman, IK students and their parents. The InnerKids episode will be first broadcast in Utah this weekend and then syndicated nation wide on over 100 stations, and internationally in over 40 countries on Voice of America.

The program is divided into three sections and two special features. To view start with the first segment of the program which is the LAST segment on this page, them move up the page to view the sequences in order. (For example the second video link is the middle sequence of the program and the third video link the last sequence). The top two videos are ’special’ features that were not broadcast on TV but posted online on goodtube (again in reverse order) to showcase an entire InnerKids fourth grade IK class taught by Annaka Harris.
